Since China's accession to WTO,the increasing influx of foreign enterprises, which impacts our country's manufacturing,and CNC machine tools as a basis for competition in the industry also face greater pressure.Home-made numerical control machine with the enhancement of the function and the improvement of the automation, and its product mix more and more complex,fault repair and downtime costs gradually increased,seriously affecting their competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets and the confidence of users of machine tools.Therefore,reducing home-made numerical control machine downtime times namely improving reliability has become a top priority.To improve the reliability of China-made CNC machine tools,to adapt to the new situation of market development and demand for machine tool users,the machine tool business proposed and established a quality development strategy,reliability growth technology and application management system,expected by management patterns of innovation,so that machine tool product reliability level catch up with international similar products.Therefore,in this paper,based on the study of prophase reliability,did reliability growth management research.First of all,this paper base on a series of home-made CNC lathe as the object of research,and do without replaced fixed time truncated reliability field test,obtaining detailed and reliable fault data as the foundation do the Fault Tree Analysis,the CNC lathe machine failure as a top event,subsystem failures as the intermediate events and failure modes as the bottom of the events,which establish the fault tree structure of whole lathe,made a clear expression of the intrinsic link,logic and transmission among the failure events of this series of CNC lathes,obtain the structure function and the minimal cut sets,and calculate the machine's failure rate;To determine whether the CNC lathe has reliability growth potential,in this paper,based on the CNC lathe field failure data,select the AMSAA model,through the trend test,parameter estimation,goodness of fit test,then gets the estimated MTBF,and predicts the time of the next failure,achieves timely maintenance,controls failures occur,increases the reliability;Finally,based on the fault tree analysis and the reliability growth potential analysis,do the study of the reliability information management,early fault testing methods,reliability growth management modes and so on,and expectations through reliability growth management,to improve enterprise product management efficiency and to achieve the optimal allocation of resources within the organization,to achieve better reliability growth.
