This thesis firstly describes the status of marine oil pollution, according to the introduction of major domestic and international oil spill occurred, analyzes the environmental impacts of oil spills, highlightes the enormous harm to the nature. On natural conditions, oil is difficult to disperse or degrade in a short time, in order to minimize oil spill impacts on the marine ecology, oil spill dispersants products has been widely used, this paper introduces the basic principle of dispersants and dispersed development process, and summarizes the main problem in oil spill management.Secondly, it takes POM model as the numerical model and M2:ide as forced water level in the bay, simulates Dalian Bay which adopts the coordina:e conversion, and successfully simulates the Dalian Bay tidal current. Besides, it analyzes cyclical fluctuations of Dalian Bay, and verifies the correctness of the simulat on results. In addition, it elaborates the natural migration of marine oil spills, takes a brief introduction of domestic and foreign common model. Compared to the movement of oil film under natural conditions, after spraying dispersant, the tension between the oil film and water is reduced as a result of surfactant interaction,so oil can be dispersed in a short time. This paper also makes a qualitative analysis of the dispersed oil movement. Finally, in the base of Dalian Bay tidal current field, it takes a quantitative analysis of the drift of the oil film in the natural conditions, and the diversification of oil concentration after using dispersants. Besides,it sums up the influence of dispersants to the oil,The features reflectes as followed:â‘ it makes a theoretical analysis of the oil film movement after spraying dispersants:â‘¡it also calculates the numerical simulation of effect of oil spill with dispersants dispersion.
