Electro-hydraulic servo system has been widely used in the aviation,aerospace,weapons,large machinery,metallurgy and other industrial sectors,it combines hydraulic technology ,computer technology,electronic technology and control in one. With the development of modern industry,the performance of the servo system not only requires a higher,but also require the system to the poor have a stronger ability to adapt to the environment.This research project is relying on Hydraulic system of Straightening machine,researching to its electro-hydraulic servo system to develop a suit of controller that it is high reliability,real good,small size and low cost to control straightening the axial parts of machining accuracy and efficiency, Can make the accuracy of axial parts improved.The specific contents of the papers are as follows:The first chapter, expounds this topic research background and significance, respectively expounds domestic foreign teachets straight machine and its control strategy research status and existing problems; YJZ type straightening machine for hydraulic system problems and puts forward the main research contents of paper.The second chapter, introduces the types of bend axial parts, analyzes the straightening the theoretical basis and straightening machine composition, working principle and working process, and according to the system's request, to constitute straightening electromechanical hydraulic servo system's main power components for preliminary calculation and selection.The third chapter, establish straightening machine position servo system and pressure servo system mathematical model, draw bode figure, according to the model of servo system bode graph model of frequency domain and time domain for the analysis of the system, this paper studies in order of step response output under the dynamic performance.The fourth chapter, analyzed the straightening electromechanical hydraulic servo system performance, it is concluded that the system areas in need of improvement.The fifth chapter , introduces the PID control, fuzzy PID control and CMAC control principle and features, and traditional CMAC algorithm was improved, and then design fuzzy PID controller and PID controller CMAC with PID parallel controller and join system, draw bode figure and order, analyzed the step response graph under the two controller, system stability and dynamic response.Finally, this paper summarizes research work and achievement, draw the conclusion: in the same way, CMAC with PID parallel control on system stability and dynamic response of improve more evident, greatly improves the system performance, further verified the feasibility and practicability of this topic.
