This article determines weight with improved AHP to overcome the shortcomings in Close Value Method,in which consistency test is not required.Overall the paper broadens the decision-making thinking in enterprise security analysis and gives an example to verify the feasibility and scientific of Close-Value Decision Making.After analysis of key technologies in enterprise economic security system, making use of the programming language of Visual Basic,the system development realized. By way of module programming, simple friendly parameters selecting, the system can calculate economic benefits and accident damage accurately, evaluate security investment program and make the optimal selection.It greatly simplifis the calculation and evaluation process, which can better guide enterprises to make the best determine and improve enterprise security management.
