Research On Emission Reduction Effect Of Foreign Trade In Beijing

International trade has been influencing the ecological environment more or less since emerged,but for a long time, due to externalities, policy defects of trade and environment, prejudice human behavior and environmental consciousness, conflict between trade and environment has been not obvious. After the reform and opening, environmental pollution is seriouds along with the rapid development of trade in Beijing.on the one hand, the rapid expansion of trade stimulate economic growth, on the other hand pollution, resource scarcity is serious.Therefore, coordination among foreign trade, environment protection and sustainable development is increasingly important.Due to"non-exclusive"and pollution externality, without government intervention in the cases, trade has risen sharply through the scale effect which makes environmental quality deterioration. And in the process of coordination between trade and environment, policy will largely seek balance between economic development and environmental quality. Against their environmental characteristic, combining"green Olympics"policy, Beijing environmental quality become better through the enterprise reorganization and strengthening environmental.At the same time, environmental policy formulation and implementation will greatly reduce pollution emissions in Beijing.The article uses environmental impact of trade as mainline,focusing on the trade on pollution emission scale effect, structure effect and technical effect. Combined with Beijing trade, pollution situation and policy,compete direct pollution coefficient in some industries by questionnaire survey, empirical analysis in two aspects about environment effect of trade and Environmental Cost-shifting.Using a bi-logarithm model for quantitative analysis trade process pollution reduction in Beijing, input-output model empirical show that in different industries to environment cost.At last, according to the empirical results give some Policy recommendations for Beijing in keeping trade growth and environmental protection.
