Oilfield water injection is an important measure to maintain reservoir pressure and improve oil recovery, ensuring long-term oil high yield. The water injection technology is important for the output of the oilfield, if it is not stable, it will lead to violent nature of flooding, and reservoir water spread imbalance, low levels of water driving. Now, we mostly use the high-pressure valve to control the flux of the Oilfield water injection wells, when unattended, it is vulnerable to accidents. In view of the status quo, this paper designed a GPRS-based remote monitor system of Oilfield water injection wells. It realized the automatic measurement of water flow, and the use of fuzzy control technology to change the function of water flow, through the GPRS networks of the oilfield water injection achieve remote control. Considering the distribution of Oilfield wells, we intend to use solar energy photovoltaic generation as the power supply.First, the paper introduces the research background and development status of the oilfield injection system. Then analysis the needs of the remote monitor system, working principle and working process for the oilfield water injection wells, introduces the structure of the composition and water flow of the oilfield injection system, and then introduces the selection of flowmeter, implementing agencies, control valve, designed the monitor system of oilfield injection wells on this basis.Secondly, the paper introduces the working principle of the measurement and control system. The hardware design is mainly microcontroller peripheral circuits, GPRS Module MC35 external circuit, as well as the solar power generation system.Finally is the software design of the system, introduces the next-bit machine software design, the focus is a fuzzy PID controller design and simulation, and detailed description and analysis the difficulty of the design process.
