Bridge and shipbuilding industry occupy an important position in the national economy,with the rapid development of the national economy in recent years,bridge and shipbuilding industry is growing stronger.Most manufacturers use longitudinal profile in bridge and shipbuilding industry,so the demand of longitudinal profile is increasing.The manufacturing technology of longitudinal profile abroad is comparatively mature,our country has just started,only very few companies can produce longitudinal profile,and production technology is not mature,lots of longitudinal profile still need to import,these make the production cost greatly increased,also relatively restrict the development of bridge and shipbuilding industry.Therefore,in order to meet the demands of bridge and shipbuilding industry in our country and promote the development of our national economy,the research of longitudinal profile has important significance.In this paper,based on the characteristics of wedge rolling plate,establish the AGC theory of longitudinal profile.According to the rolled-piece stress, establish the theoretical model of displacement of thickness direction in the rolling process,in addition the theoretical model of rolling force and stress,strain and so on.,analyse the influence factors to these rolling parameters and simulation to validation it. Analyse and optimize the quality of dynamic and static characteristics of AGC system, according to the characteristics of longitudinal profile rolling,deduce the dynamic theoretical model of the mill load detailedly.Based on the establishment of the dynamic theoretical model,set the dynamic theoretical model and block of the valve-control hydraulic cylinder system and the electro-hydraulic servo control system. According to the mathematic models of every annulus of electro-hydraulic servo control system, establish dynamic simulation model.Analyse the stability of the hydraulic pressure system and simulation, analyse the influence factors to the hydraulic pressure system and simulation to validation it.The results of the longitudinal profile rolling in this paper laid the foundation for the further study,it has theoretical significance and practical economic value to the development of longitudinal profile rolling technology in our country.
