Correlative Analysis Of Appearance Defects Of Tobacco

Statistical data of the appearance defect of cigarette detected by using this method of sampling assembly, which defects the number of cartons, boxes and cigarette is tested in each grades at Honghe Cigarette Factory in each unit. Also due to the different production processes, the number of cartons, boxes and cigarette defects does not actually exist any relationship, so this paper respectively on cartons, boxes and cigarette branch of the appearance defect statistics in all aspects use description statistical method, multi variable cross contingency table analysis method, correlation analysis method,correspondence analysis to study it. In addition, Combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and combination of empirical analysis and normative analysis are used to analyze the data of class A kind of defect and B kind of defect. The research results show that: in terms of the specific defect categories, the units and brands are related to the specific defect categories; On the box, the unit and the specific defects are related, and the grades and categories are not related to specific defects; Correlation of class A kind of defect rate and B kind of defect rate, in addition to the boxed defects in the unit of class A kind of defect rate is high, class B kind of defect rate is not necessarily higher, there may instead of the more low, the other class A kind of defect rate and class B kind of defect rate are positively correlated.; In terms of defects, the defect classes are prone to produce a class a defect and the degree of class B defects are very different.Through the analysis, we can take the cigarette quality self checking program and continue to adhere to the technological innovation, attaches great importance to the construction of human resources, strengthen enterprise internal reform, strengthen the corporate leadership and staff team construction, enhance the adapt to the market, to meet the challenges.
