The towel embroidery machine, which belongs to the three-dimensional embroidery, is a special computer embroidery machine. Because of having diversity, hierarchy, and strong three-dimensional sense, it was favored by the consumers, and with high additional value to embroider, having broad market prospect. At present, domestic towel embroidery machine mainly imitated foreign machines, spindle speed remains 650 r/min, it is difficult to meet the needs of market, urgently need to improve the efficiency of embroidery, but it will appear high breakage rate, high noise and vibration as long as increase spindle speed, and even show the problem of mechanism stuck, having an impact on mechanism’s work. In order to solve those problems, the towel embroidery machine was regarded as research object, and through the analysis of its structure and motion to find out why the mechanism can’t satisfy high-speed movement. In addition, with the optimized design to solve the problems of machine was easily stuck, higher breakage rate, higher noise and vibration. To come true the purpose of improving spindle speed to 1200 r/min, breakage rate less than 1/20000, and noise less than 85 db. Improving the embroidery efficiency and satisfy the needs of market. The main researches are as follow:1. The nose was regarded as research object, analyzed it structure and the needle bar, mouth protection, presser foot’s motion. Getting the relationship of nose can realize towel embroidery, and find out the reasons of machine was easily stuck, higher breakage rate, higher noise and vibration.2. The characteristics and application occasions of cam mechanism were analyzed, used the disc cam with pushing bar of roller of linear motion along the axis to replace the grooved cam, designed a new nose to solve the problem of machine easily be stuck.3. The types and application occasions of the cam mechanism’s movement rule were analyzed, and optimized the needle bar, mouth protection and pressure foot’s movement rule, made nose can adapt to high-speed movement and the spindle speed can be improved.4. According to the new movement rule to design cam, analyzed the new nose’s movement and compared the optimized movement rule with before movement rule, test the effect of optimizing.5. To evaluate the performance of the optimized equipment by vibration test, verifies the reliability of the equipment.
