Mathematical Models And Process Control Systerm For 1700mm Cold Mill In Tonggang

Cold strip is widely used in many fields of society. The total output of strip is very large and the requirement is increasing every year. In cold strip manufacture, single stand cold mill plays a very important role because of its proper characteristic-cheapness and flexibility. At the same time, process control system is an important part of cold strip manufacture which ensures high speed and automation of produce and quantity and quality of production. The model system of process controlling in single stand cold mill has been developed and used off-line. The main work in this thesis is as followed:●The requirements of computer automatic controlling system of the new reversing cold mill, empoldered the process control model system which will satisfy the requirements of off-line control.●Using the thickness and controlling mechanism of flatness,synthetically designed the corresponding distribution modes contraposing different productions,neatly confirmed the produce pass and press system.The burthen distribute arithmeyic can satisfy the characteristics that are variety and small batch of single stand cold mill.●Confirmed the model system of off-line process parameter controlling, and study the main model.●The process parameter result of single stand cold mill model system in this thesis will be applied to practical production of 1700 single stand cold mill for Tonggang.
