Stable rolling is the first target during producing because it is the key process of strip produce in the cold rolling mill. The vibration will badly influence the production and cause serious strip break and quality problem. In order to prevent the vibration, decelerating the strip speed is a negative method. It will not only reduce output, and also make the flatness and thickness of the strip not accurate.The mechanism of vibration which happened during high speed rolling from theory according to investigate a lot in the site is analyzed, and many data and series of experiments are collected, then the control means of vibration are obtained. According to many experiments in the local, the process data is collected, and the stability and speed of rolling by using this control means is enhanced. So the cooperation control theory of tension control, roll force control and synchronization control of top and bottom rolls in cold rolling are improved.Furthermore, the course theory in the vibrations, natural mode of the chassis, and the block vibration action which lubrication system brings are researched. The relevant reclaim measure used in the practical application is brought forward. Finally, the production practice prove that all the ameliorate measure could plunge into regular production and get the satisfactory application effect.According to the research conclusion, the long-term scene real production data trace for the vibration problem that the machines bring in the production is proceeding. The wave of vibration in normal situation and vibrating situation by fixing the vibration sensor are measured, and the place, frequency of vibration source and the process of vibration by analyzing the frequency are confirmed, and then data and test for theory research are supplied. The inherent frequency used for analyzing the association degree of factor is obtained by analyzing the rolling body. The vibration theory and the process of coming into vibration for the vibration source are analyzed by using process data and the calculated conclusion of theory. More of the produce of vibration source and the trend of vibration development are understood, and the methods of how to control vibration exacerbate from mechanism are found. Based on the research hereinbefore, the new model in order to control vibration source and prevent sympathetic vibration has been established and used in the rolling. Finally, using the research conclusion to adjust the technics parameters and upgrade the control system, some of the methods will be the guidance and reference during rolling.
