Objective: To study the establishment of Euonymus alatus herbs and Pieces quality standards; confirmed its preliminary application security; at the same time, study the establishment of Euonymus alatus Fingerprint. Methods: The methods specified in Appendix pharmacopoeia respectively Euonymus alatus of moisture, ash and other indicators to detect arsenic salt; reference to the relevant local standards and literature for Euonymus alatus TLC qualitative identification; spectrophotometric determination of total flavonoids by UV content, using L9(34) orthogonal design table to the ethanol concentration, the amount of ethanol, extraction times, extraction time as the study factors on the total flavonoids extraction process preferable.Single submaximal dose gavage, mice were observed general symptoms and acute toxicity study its safety methods.Fingerprinting by HPLC analysis, using Diane Acclaim120 C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm); methanol-0.04% phosphoric acid gradient elution; detection wavelength: 270nm; flow rate: 1.0ml / min; Column temperature: 30 ℃; signal acquisition time: 55 minutes, set up Euonymus alatus Fingerprint. Results: The Euonymus alatus draft medicinal quality standards, established by thin layer chromatography quick and easy, and the main spots clear, specific, and reproducible. Euonymus alatus established HPLC fingerprint were marked 9 common peaks, reflecting the characteristics of Euonymus alatus herbs, the method of precision, stability and reproducibility are good, in line with the establishment of the provisions of Chinese herbal medicines Fingerprint. Acute toxicity tests did not show significant toxicity. Conclusion: The established standard can be used for quality control of Euonymus alatus; established Fingerprint Euonymus alatus Euonymus alatus can effectively identify, as the drug’s medical resources to provide a scientific basis; acute toxicity test showed Euonymus alatus After 300 times the clinical dose of medication administered to mice, no significant toxicity, indicating high safety, safe clinical application.
