Background and objective:Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) is a common clinical disease, belong to Traditional Chinese medicine "Tunsuan", "Caoza" and other areas. Its TCM diagnostic criteria are not yet unified. Clinical study found that the distribution of TCM syndrome of GERD is a correlation with Course of disease and the duration of acid reflux. Therefore, In this study,I will analysis the clinical information that collected through clinical. To find out the GERD syndromes distribution characteristics, and if the GERD syndromes distribution characteristics is relationship with its Course of disease and the duration of acid reflux. Sleep disorders is a common disease in Western countries, Currently Clinical study found that GERD and sleep disorders research showed a certain correlation. The incidence of both GERD and sleep disorders is higher.Nighttime heartburn and nighttime reflux can affect the quality of sleep. Therefore, In this study,I will analysis the clinical information that collected through clinical. To find out if the GERD. GERD syndromes distribution characteristics. GERD typical symptoms is relationship with the quality of sleep. Methods:In this study, patients come from Gastroenterology clinic and gastrointestinal motility room in Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. After diagnosised by endoscopy and/ or 24 hours esophageal PH monitoring.F ill in GERD-Q questionnaire, reflux disease questionnaire (RDQ) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale (PSQI scale). Record of acid reflux related indicators. All datum were analysed by SPSS 17.0.Count data using Chi-square test.Measurement data using the mean standard deviation.Differences between the two groups using two independent sample t test; Differences among groups using analysis of variance. Homogeneity of variance using one-way ANOVA analysis of variance arrhythmia using non-parametric tests. The main symptoms of GERD and sleep quality correlated using binary logistic regression analysis.RESULTS:1 General Information:This paper examines 151 cases of GERD patients, male 69 cases (45.7%) and 82 females (54.3%). Ages ranged from 21 years to 83 years, with an average of (54.3±11.63). young people in 31 cases (20.5%), middle-aged 64 cases (42.4%), the elderly 56 cases (37.1%). BMI ranged from 16.02-32.45, with an average of (22.75±3.28), normal weight,64 cases (42.4%), underweight were 16 cases (10.6%), overweight 30 cases (19.9%), obesity 41 patients (27.2%).2 GERD syndromes distribution characteristics:151 cases of GERD patients surveyed in this article, Hepatogastric stagnant heat of 51 cases (33.8%), Fan Wei hot gall disease in 20 (13.2%), Imaginary inverse gas card 44 cases (29.2%), Qi phlegm 13 cases (8.6%), Blood stasis syndrome 23 cases (15.2%).3 GERD syndrome distribution characteristics has no relationship with Course of GERD (P>0.05).4 GERD syndrome distribution characteristics has relationship with Supine acid reflux episodes and supine acid reflux related percentage (P<0.05).5 GERD patients with poor sleep quality were 57 cases (65.5%). Typical symptoms of GERD associated with sleep quality(P<0.05). The patients had nighttime heartburn symptoms’s incidence of poor sleep quality is 4.727 times than The patients didn’t have it.6 GERD syndromes distribution characteristics had no relationship with sleep quality(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 GERD syndromes distribution characteristics:Hepatogastric stagnant heat, empty gas against the card, blood stasis syndrome, liver heat Fan Wei syndrome, qi phlegm.2 Gastroesophageal reflux disease of TCM Syndrome Distribution has no correlation with its duration of the disease, but has correlation with Supine position, the number of acid reflux and acid reflux related percentage.3 Gerd and nighttime heartburn symptoms are associated with sleep quality, GERD syndromes distribution characteristics had no relationship with sleep quality.
