Purpose:Adopting multicenter randomized controlled clinical test, and observe the clinical effects of ear needle plus body needle therapy to treat herpes zoster.Material and method:Adopt ing research method of randomized controlled trial and65patients were included, and randomized into treatment group (35) and a control group(30).excluding2patients and63patients included to analyze and finish the whole research process. All the patients were given valaciclovir hydrochloride (300mg/once, twice/one day) and vitaminB1(10mg/once, three times a day)and vitaminB12(25ug/once, three times a day)) orally and traditional Chinese medicinal wet fluid for external use (0.9%salineã€25ml Lidocaine Hydrochloride injectionã€400thousand until injection liquid of gentamicinã€5ml dermatitis lotion) three times one day externally. The treatment group was intervened mainly by ear needle plus body needle, once a day, alternating two ears with each other,15days as a course, body needle with once a day and15times as a course; the control group was given Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules(0.3g/once, once respectively each morning and evening).15days as a course, and observe the efficacy once a day, and record comprehensive efficacy scoreã€the conditions and pain of herpes zoster and have a efficacy assessment after treatment.Results:1The baseline of two groups was in a good condition, balanced group and strong comparativeness.2The total effective rate was ear needle plus body needle (treatment group) was96.67%. Compared the efficacy and total effective rate of ear needle plus body needle(treatment group) with western medicine group (control group):the difference was no statistically significant (P>0.05).3The local pain score before and after the use of self-control method and comparison between groups after treatment of ear needle plus body needle(treatment group) was significantly more different than that of western medicine group (the control group)(P<0.05).4The pain VAS score before and after the use of self-control method and comparison between groups after treatment of ear needle plus body needle(treatment group) was significantly more different than that of western medicine group (the control group)(P<0.05).5The incidence of postherpetic neuralgia of ear needle plus body needle (treatment group) with follow-up visit in the30th days was significantly more different than that of western medicine (the control group)(P<0.05).Conclusion:1Herpes zoster treated by ear needle plus body needle therapy was a good efficacy, and it was superior to western therapy in improving patients’VAS scoresã€continuous timeã€local pain and controlling postherpetic neuralgia after30days.2Needle treatment therapy had less side effects and good safety.3Operation methods of needle treatment was simple, lower expenses and good efficacy, and was applied in clinical use. |
