Observation On The Curative Effect Of Ultrasound Drug Penetration On Femoral Head Replacement For Limb Swelling In Patients With Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

Objective: To observe the detumescence effects of drug phonophoresis onaffected limb swelling of femoral head replacement in the treatment of femoralintertrochanteric fracture.Method:30cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients after femoralhead replacement for treatment in our department on2012October to2014Januarywere randomly divided into two groups, each group of15people, the controlgroup took the ice, raising the affected limb therapy. The test group tookadditionnal drug phonophoresis treatment under the same treatment conditionsto limb swelling after surgery. after1weeks,observe the thigh circumference.Results: after2days of the surgery,the two groups of patients have obviousdifference, and at1weeks after surgery, compared with the control group,thedetumescence time of the experimental group is short, detumescence was speed,hasthe obvious difference of data, with statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion: drug phonophoresis treatments have significant detumescenceeffect on femoral head replacement in the treatment of femoral intertrochantericfracture in patients with limb swelling, can be widely applied to femoral headreplacement for treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture after operation...
