| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the metastasis and recurrence of Astragalus Jiedu Decoction Anti Triple-negative breast cancer after operationAnalysis of the correlation between the influencing factors of two groups of Triple-negative breast cancer currence and metastasis.Methods:60cases of this study will meet the inclusion criteria according to the postoperative long-term use of Astragalus Jiedu Decoction were divided into observation group (Astragalus Jiedu Decoction group) and the control group,30cases in each group. The observation group were given basic treatment plus Astragalus Jiedu Decoction taken for a long time, the control group only received basic therapy. To observe the rate of local recurrence and distant metastasis rate and metastasis and recurrence in patients undergoing total Triple-negative breast cancer after curative effect, decoction to improve the curative effect of Triple-negativebreast cancer patients postoperative quality of life.Analysis of the correlation between the influncing factors of two groups of Triple-negative breast cancer currence andMetasis.Results:①The local recurrence rate of two groups were no statistically significant (P>0.05); the two group the rate of distant metastasis were statistically significant (P<0.05); the two group the recurrence and metastasis rate were statistically significant (P<0.05);②The two groups of patients in the3year recurrence rate were no statistically significant (P>0.05),in the4year recurrence rate were statistically significant (P<0.05),in the5year recurrence rate were statistically significant (P<0.05);③Cartesian score changes compared two groups of patients in the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).④Risk factors of recurrence and metastasis of single analysis Shows, staging, lymph node status, tumor size, and other factors for recurrence and metastasis,group was statistically significant (P<0.05), multivariate analysis showed that lymph node status, category:correlation with recurrence and metastasis,recurrence and metastasis are risk factors, including on the influencing factors of recurrence and metastasis of the maximum. Conclusion:①The study showed that the risk of Astragalus Jiedu decoction can make the patient Triple-negative breast cancer recurrence and metastasis decreased.②The Astragalus Jiedu Decoction can delay Triple-negative breast cancer recurrence time.③The Astragalus jiedu decoction can effectively improve Karnofsky, improve the patient’s quality of life.④Risk factors of recurrence and metastasisof single analysis shows, operation mode, staging, lymph node status, tumor size, and other factors for recurrence and metastasis group was statistically significant n(P<0.05), multivariate analysis showed that lymph node status, category: correlation with recurrence and metastasis,recurrence and metastasis are risk factors,includ on the influence factors of recurrence and metastasis of the maximum.
