Adzuki bean (Vigna angularis) originated from China, and had long cultivation history. it will be more efficient for adzuki bean breeding and production to study the genetic rule of seed color and hundred-seed weight of adzuki bean. It is very important to identify and protect the cultival and internation trade of adzuki bean.The genetic parameters of brightness index (L*), red index (a*) and yellow index (b*) of seed color in F2:3 progenies from one hybridized combination of adzuki bean were estimated by utili zeeing correlation analysis and segregation analysis method of the mixed genetic model for major gene plus polygene of quantity traits in crop. The results showed that (1) the genetic parameters of brightness index (L*) has negative correlation with yellow index (b*), while brightness index (L*) has positive correlation with red index (a*), and there were negative correlation between red index (a*) and yellow index (b*). (2)It was deduced preliminarily that the number of couple of genes controlling respectively the seed traits of L*, a* and b* was 2 couples of major genes. (3)The habitability of major genes of L*, a*and b* was 78.44%, 38.77% and 52.18%.Tow hybridized combinations between 3 adzuki been parents with middle seed,were need to analyse the genetic systems of hundred-seed weight in their progeny family groups by utilizing the method of joint segregation of major genes plus polygenes. The results showed that it was deduced preliminarily that the number of couple of genes controlling respectively the 100-seed weight of adzuki bean was 2 couples of major genes. The tow habitability of major genes of 100- grains weight was 51.72%, 72.09% and 52.18%.46adzuki bean from different area obtained for genetic parameters study in seed color and 100 grains weight. QTLs analysis was combined with the measured result with 73 SSR marker loci, and the research showed that the genetic parameters of different adzuki bean was upper in seed color and handred-seed weight. SSR marker loci ccorrelated with L*, a* and b* of seed color. Adzuki been were identified to be 1,3 and 1respectively, and their contributions ranged from12.23%-37.92%. SSR marker loci correlated with the 100-grains weight was identified to be 1, and the contribution ranged from17.19%.In this study, the SSR fingerprint of 46adzuki bean from different area has been obtained based on SSR technology. 56 pairs of SSR primers were screened, with 14 pairs which had excellent amplification result.Thirtfore SSR Primers were used to build SSR fingerprint of these adzuki bean. Meanwhile,cluster analysis was conducted using the 14 pairs of primers,and the genetic relationship were discussed.
