Malignant tumor is a kind of diseases which threaten health and life of mankind heavilyn.now, the main aspect of tumor therapeutic strategy is killing and eradicating thoroughly tumor cell.A great number of clinical practices indicate that side-effects of chemical therapy is one of important factors which restrict rumor therapeutic effect.In theoery,chemical therapy could kill tumor cells thouoghly. if dose of chemical medicine was enough.But injury of normal tissue is one of important factors which have to stop killing tumor cell thouoghly, in all process of tunor therapySince the injury all over argans and cells of the body by free radical, especially significant side-effect to heart via ariblastine ,is universally accepted, we chose Adriamycin as chemical therapy medicine in our study.Model Walker-256 tumor cell line was wans planting in the surface of SD rats' liver as toror model.In 11 days after planting, we injected ariblastine to abdominal cavity of rats from pure and protective chemical therapy groups by 2mg"'kg. Saline was injected in abdominal cavity of rats from normal and tumor contrast groups. At the same time , antioxidants mixture everyday was given protective chemical therapy group via stomach by 0.5ml"1 lOOg. everyday (the traditional Chinese medicine Antixin andDanning),and other groups were given same dose of distilled water everyday; protective chemical therapy group was given victaminE via stomach 0.1 mr'lOOg,and other groups were given same dose of controlled oil.In the 62th day after planting tumor ,we dislocation of rats and on got some anticoagulant and coagulant blood respectively. Anticoagulant blood was used to detect blood routine and CAT. coagulant blood was used to separate serum which was stored in -20'C to detect MDA cotent and SOD activity ,NOS-betiving,NO,total antixitantal capacity,otal protein et.al.we took liver \heart\kidney of rats.and skived them in distilled water by 1:5 to homogenate which was stored in -20' C to detect MDA cotent and SOD activity,NOS,NO,total antixitantal capacity,total protein et.al .after killing rats, we removed of liver quickly and dipped them into 10% Formalehyde to make tissue sections in order to detect expression of bcl-2\p53\NOS\VEGF et al.The result indicated WBC\RBC\PLT of different dose of ADM group were all lower than negative control group significantly,and the deceasing tendency was apparent as the dose of ADM increasing.the same to HCT\PCT\HGB(p<0.05).two line cell and HCT of rats from pure chemical therapy group were lower than others significantly . there were great differences in pure chemical therapy group and protective chemical therapy group in RDW and MPV .MDA cotent of pure chemical therapy group was much higher than others. MDA cotent of protective chemical therapy group was much higher than other normal and tumor contrast groups,but lower than pure chemical therapy group.this indicates the injury of ADM to heart is related to free radical.By dissecting dead rats of control group ,we found there was tumor whose dia was 0.4-0.6 in left lobe of liver ,and expensive and aggressive both existed.fresh fish-like tissues were at the edge and in the substance of tumor.the center of tumor is necrosis tissue.By opticscope we found that tumor cell which blastula was basophil and array to essential pieces ,still found8 8 51tumor nest curtained off by blood capillary in tissue pathological sections.the rate of death in protective chemical therapy group decreased greatly,and life time expended.Not only eradicated or inhibited effectively injury by ROS,but also controlled relative antioxidase .For example, SOD activity of serum and liver was increased in some extend while CATAGSH decended comparatively,which saved antioxidants intro.in addition, hematologic guideline was improved partly.this is one of mechanisms that multiantioxidant antagoniste injury of ariblastine .in this study ,in liver of chemical therapy group by ariblastine,we found there was no expression in negative contrast group ,a little expression in tumor gro...
