| Euonyrnus alatus is dry branch and flank of Euonyrnus alatus(thuhb)sieb. It has wide distribution. There are some achievements at study of medicine subject. It has been used for the treatment of cardiovascular dieases and acquired excellent curative effect. The author of this article has studied the anti-myocardial ischemic systematically. It has been extracted , isolated and identified on the base of the determination of effective fraction by the methods of pharma Codynamics. By adsorption resin and column chromatography with sillical-gel and ODS,four compounds were isolated from effective fraction.On the base of chemical and spectral analysis,the respectively structures were identified: 2, 4, 6-trimethoxyPhenol(1), methyl-3, 4-dihydroxybenzate(2), querc-etin(4), hesperidin(5). The result can provide scientific foundations and material bases for the further researches. |
