PrefaceThe content of free radical in the development of the tumor is very complicated. In the recent years, die relationship between the free radical and cerrical carcinoma is paid more attention becaused of the development of the science of free radical.LPO refers to the production of the oxidation of the lipid such as phospho-lipid, triglyceride, cholestereol and free fatty acid. LPO can provocated the chain action under the suitable condition, and so the reaction can produce all kind of free radical and get the biological memebrane, protein, DNA and other substance injured. Therefore, Various diseases which related closely to tumor will result .from it. The content of LPO in the body reflect directly the degree and the speed of the oxidation of lipid. SOD and GSH - Px is the two kind of enzyme to get rid of the free radical in the body. The content of SOD, GSH - Px in the body reflect the ability of the oxidation of the organism.At present, there are some reports on the detection of LPO, SOD, GSH - px in the different tumors. Ber and the other foreigh scholars found that the actirity of GSH - px in the organization of is stronger than that in the normal people. The results of sun Y and other peoples research shows that the attack of liver cancer have something to do with SOD. The scholars at home do some kesearch on the free radical in the different kind of tunor. Chen xiang reports that the content of LPO in the blocd serum of 35 patients is apparently more than that of the control groap while the content of SOD is less than that of the control group. The results of licanfen shows that the activity of SOD in the blood serum of the hysteromyo-ma patients is apparently lower than the healthy coomen. Bwt there are little research on the free radical in the early cervical carcinoma, liou Ai Min reports that the content of LPO in the cervical tissue of 32 cases and the actively of SODis higher than the tissue beside the cervical carcinoma.This research is to know about what part the free radical play in the cancer-ation course of the wterine neck, to detect the content of LPO, SOD, GSH - px In the early cervical carcinomatous organization, to study the relationship between the free radical and the early cervical carcinoma,the free radical and the patho-morphological classification of the cervical carcinomatons organization, to corn-firm the action of the free radical on the alteration and development of the tumor and then to provide the pathgenesis of the cervical carcinomatous.The cervical carcinoma is the common malignant tumor of the gynecopathy. The cause of the disease and the pathgenesis are not very clear. In recent years, the relationshipbetween free radical and cervical carcinoma and other tumor hold on peoples attention. In order to study the action of the rfee radical on the cause of the cervical carcinomal, the researcher detect the LPO, SOD isenzyme and GSH - Px in the tissue of the cervical carcinoma of the thirty patients and choose the homologous tissue beside the cervical carcinoma to contrast with the tissue of the neck.of uterus ok the tloenty - one women. Here is the analysis of the result.Materials and Method1 the cases and the sample of the tissueThe samples of tissue are the removed sample from the 33 cases who was in the departmonx of gyhecology of No. 1 subsidiary Hospital of Chinese Medical U-niversity and in the department of gynecology of liao Ning Tumor Hospital within the period of 2002. 1 to 2003.4 and 33 samples of the normal homologous tissues beside the cervical carcinoma. The patients'age is from thirty to fifty three and the average is 41. 4. Among them,thene are wonty - three squamous carcinom as, six adenocarcinomas, four adcnosquamous carcinomas, nine la,21 Ib, three IIa. The clinical stages is according to the stages standard of 1995 FIGO.
