Evodia Decoction To Treat Yang Hanning Clinical Observation Of Primary Dysmenorrhea, Blood Stasis

Goal:Dysmenorrhea is a kind of periodic gynecopathy,which happens on lower abdominal pain,or lumbosacral dragging pain,even syncope due to megalgia during menstruation and before or after of it.Primary dysmenorrhea,which is no organic pathologic changes in reproductive organs.Due to complicated causes and easy recurrence,the dysmenorrhea becomes one of the difficulties in gynecology,which results in severe inftunce on female's health,work and study.So,looking for a kind of valid method that prevent from have a abortion to have the actively clinical meaning and social meanings.To observe the therapeutic effect of Wuzhuyu Tang on primary dysmenorrheal of the type of defieieney of kidney-yang and congealing cold blood stasis.Method:In clinical research,40 patients of defieieney of kidney-yang and congealing cold blood stasis were treated and we compared the pain level of before and after treating and judged curative effect after 3 courses of treatment to observe its clinical effect.Results:Thirty six were cured,two got better and two developed into miscarriage later. The total efficiency is 95%.Conclusion:Chinese medicine on this disease could adjust the endocrine and immunological function,ameliorate clinical symptom.
