An Experimental Study On Effect Of RhGH On Ischemic Ulcer Wound Healing Of Rabbit Ears

Objective To observe the effect of rhGH on ischemic ulcer wound healing of rabbit ears,and provides theoretical and experimental basis for clinic application.Methods Establish the model of ischemic ulcer wound on rabbit ears. The rabbits randomized into 3 groups of 6 in each group,i.e. normal control(N), rhGH 0.3IU/kg/d(A) and 0.15IU/ml/d(B) groups. A groups were subcutaneously injected at abdomen on a fixed time everyday, B groups were spurted with rhGH, N groups with NS, all for 7 days. Then the general and the microscopic observation were determined to observe the epithelia migration distance and granulation depth, and examine ALB,. GLU, InS and IGF-1.Results There are significant difference between the speed of the experimental groups(A and B groups) and that of the control groups, the former is more faster, the rate of healing is rised, especially in B groups( P<0.01).Conclusion rhGH can improve the healing speed and quality on rabbit ears, and the healing time in local application groups is shorter.
