The Effect Observation And Related Experimental Research On The Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria By JJWL Granula

Object: 1 To evaluate the clinic curtive effect of JJWL Granula on the treatment of Chronic Uriticia;2 To find out the common allergens in the patients with Chronic Urticaria;3 To detect the level of total serum IgE in Chronic Urticaria patients with treatment of JJWL Granula;4 To study the change of IL-4, IFN- y in CD4+T cells of blood in Chronic Urticaria patients treated with JJWL Granula.Method:1. 73 cases with Chronic Uriticaria were devided two groups at random, JJWL group and Western medicine group. The patients in JJWL group were treated with JJWL Granula 3g/day , the patients in western medicine group took Cyproheptadine( 4mg three times per day) and lOOmg Vitamin C Tablets three times per day,. The experimental terms was lasted 4 weeks. According to the change of the score of objective symptoms, the therapeutic efficacy were analyzed.2. By the means of skin prist test, the food allegen and the aspirations group of allergens were detected in the persons with Chronic Urticaria.3. The contents of total IgE level in serum of patients in JJWL group were measured by ELISA assay.4. Using flow cytometer, the contents of cytokine excreted by CD4+T cells were detected in the patients before and after taking the medicine.Result:1 There was no significant difference of curtive effect between JWL group and West medicine group (P > 0.05) , but the relapse rate of the patients who were fully recover from CU in Westen medicine group was higer than that in JJWL group. The long-term effect in JJWL group was better than that in in JJWL group.2 The most popular allegens in aspirate group were mite, inside dust, eumycetes, spring pollen; and the most common allegens in diet group were milk, sea fish, shrimp, peanut, and eggs.3 The total serum IgE level in patients with Chroni Urticaria was higer than thatin control group. The patients' total serum IgE level was decreased after taking JJWL Granula. The level had no significant difference between control group and the patients who had taken JJWL Granula.4 The level of IL-4 in patients was higher than that in control group, but EFN- Y lower than control group. Afer taking the JJWL Granula, the levels of IL-4 and IFN- Y in persons of the control group and the patient group had no significant difference. Conclusion:1 Taking JJWL Granula was one of the effective ways to treat the patients with Chronic Urticaria.2 There were multiplicate allergic substance in CU patients.3 JJWL Granula could decrease the level of total serum IgE in CU.4 JJWL Granula could decrease the level of 11-4 and rise the lower level of IFN-Y , thereby adjust the balance of Thl / Th2 sub-populations of T cells in CU.
