Methods: The tissue microarray was made up of 80 cases of colorectal carcinomas and 80 cases of non-neoplasm colon mucosa tissues. The expression of CD34, CD105, iNOS, eNOS, and HIF-1 α were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: (1) There are significant difference between the MVD counting by CD34 staining and CD105(P<0.001). (2) The positive rate of iNOS, eNOS, and HIF-1 a were 78.2%, 33.3%, 69.2% in 78 cases of colorectal carcinoma respectively, and in non-neoplasm colon mucosa tissues 25.6%, 60.3%, 43.6%. The MVD by CD105 staining of iNOS, HIF-1 α positive groups was higher than that in negative groups respectively (P<0.05). The expression of eNOS had no relationship with MVD. (3) The expression of iNOS had statistical significance in different groups of differentiation and invasive depth (P<0.001, P<0.01); the expression of HIF-1 α had statistical significance in different groups of invasive depth and Dukes' stages (P<0.05). Conclusion: (1) CD105 was obviously superior to CD34 in detecting the newborn blood...
