Clinic Study On Treating Aged Patients With Deficiency Of Qi And Kidney By Baoyuanhuoxue Granule

Objectives To assess the clinic efficacy of Baoyuanhuoxue granule on treating aged patients with deficiency of Qi and kidney and observe its effect on the patients'immunosenescenc.To assess the safety of Baoyuanhuoxue granule.Material and methods 60 aged patients with deficiency of Qi and kidney were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in treatment group were treated with Baoyuanhuoxue granule, 30 patients in control group were not any treatment. Observe and analysis the changes of symptom-complex correlate with deficiency of Qi and kidney. Observe and analysis the expression of T lymphocyte subgroup, NK cell, Bcell, immunoglobul, c3, c4, Ag-nors, hscrp, CD11b/CD 18, bcl-2/bax before and after treatment in both groups, and compare with the control group. At the same time, the patients' hepatic and nephric functions and routine tests of blood and urine were tested. All these indexes were analyzed to contrast the efficacies of Baoyuanhuoxue granule and the control group. The remedial effects of Baoyuanhuoxue granule on treating aged patients with deficiency of Qi and kidney and the security of the medicine were evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 86.67% in treatment proup. Baoyuanhuoxue granule could depress the level of symptom-complex integral calculus of aged patients with deficiency of Qi and kidney obviously. And it was significantly better than the control group (P<0.01). Baoyuanhuoxue granule could elevate the level ofCD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 ,elevate the level of NK cell and Ag-Nors, depress the levelof hscrp, intervene the express of adhesion molecule, apoptosis gene related to aged patients with deficiency of Qi and kidney.After experiment, there weren't abnormal changes of all patients' hepatic and nephric functions and routine tests of...
