Background and Intention of Study: It is established that BNP's diagnosis function in systolic heart failure. But there is a divarication in this diagnosis function in diastolic dysfunction,especially in early diastolic dysfunction. In this study , we have observed not only the relation between BNP and early diastolic dysfunction diagnosed by color doppler echocardiography,but also BNP's change after the antihypertensive therapy in hypertension LVH patients .Through these observations, we not only aim for exploring the new sensitive method when diagnosticate early diastolic dysfunction in LVH of hypertension, but also aim for exploring the effective method which therapy early diastolic dysfunction in regress LVH and the effective judge criterion. Methods:After the check-up by clinic and color doppler echocardiography,113 patients accorded with the criterion and were taken blood from vein .Then they were divided randomly into four groups: CCB group,ACEI group,ARB group and BB group. We had therapyed these patients by diuretics(indapamide or hydrochlorothiazide)additionally 12 weeks at least, then checked these patients's blood pressure,heart rate,color doppler echocardiography and took blood from vein. We checked different BNP levels by ELASA before or after taking antihypertensive drugs, then explored the relation between LVH and diastolic dysfunction.At the same time we observed if difference among antihypertensive drugs regress LVH and improve left ventricular diastolicfunction accompany the change of BNP.All the 113 patients participated in this study all the while. Results:Before and after treatment, SBP were 161.32±25.04 and 130.68±13.81mmHg , DBP were 97.86±14.21 and 81.37±9.31mmHg, respectively.HR were 79.67±12.14 and 76.15±7.05bpm, respectively.IVST were 12.78±1.08 and 12.13±1.1mm, PWT were 12.44±0.72 and 11.88±0.79mm, LVM were 236.17±48.07 and 215.47±43.96g , LVMI were 139.62±27.07 and 127.13±23.59 g/m2 , respectively.E-peak were 59.33±7.39 and 72.53 ± 11.39cm/s, A-peak were 94.67 ± 13.23 and 85.5 ±11.96cm/s , E/A were 0.65±0.17 and 0.87±0.2 , IVRT were 96.11±13.28 and 83.65 ± 12.29ms, EDT were 133.31 ± 31.16 and 135.53 ±29.26ms,respectively.BNP were 289.57 ± 190.36 and 106.41 ±156.03pg/ml,respectively.The correlativity analyze shown , BNP level positive correlated with SBP,r=0.19 p=0.044.BNP level positive correlated significantly with IVST,PWT,LVM,LVMI,r=0.399,0.394,0.678,...
