The Study On Practice And Existing Problem Of Occupational Hazards Assessment In Petrochemical Industry Construction Project

Objective: Appraisement to the occupational hazards of petrochemical industry construction projects in Xinjiang, probeing into the problem existed in construction project force-evaluation and effective assessment while implementing. Methods: According to the methods rated in construction project occupational hazard evaluation norm,some force- evaluation were carry out the technological improvement project of oil refining device of Ta Southwest petrochemical industry factory,Kelamayi petro-chemical corporation 30x10~4t/a high pressure added- hydrogen device and Lu Liang oil field centered- dealing station. Some effective assessment were undertaking to the 45x10~4t/a gas-diesel hydrofining device of Kelamayi petro- chemical corporation, Ta Southwest chemical fertilizer factory , Zepu petrochemical industry factory and liquefied gas storing station. Results: 1.Three projects fit the data determined through the similar place,combineing investigation, analyseing after putting in order, the controls of this construction project can be accepted, unlikely to hurt worker, project hygiene reach standard require.2.Appraiseing the project through investigating, four projects control effective assessment accord with the sanitary standard of relevant and sanitary standard norm of nation. 3.The research has suggested, our country samples live while carrying on the construction project job critically ill and hurting the result of controlling and appraising at the present stage the standard and hygiene evaluationcriterion disconnect; Run into norm very clear question, especially noise appraisal, physics of factor calculate the question in appraising; Most construction projects are not applied for the construction project job and hurt and appraised critically ill to the hygiene service organization of the job; "construction project occupational hazards appraising norm " has shortcoming with no unity measuring scale as evaluating construction project ; Some projects have not set up occupational hazards announcement board and warning statement, rules and regulations relevanted occupational diseases prevent and cure are not perfect etc, such several problems as mentioned above is anxious to wait for solveing in our country.
