| The treatment of warming yang supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm which was summaried by Prof. Cao Hongxin on a great clinical practice is a effective law that prevent and cure coronary heart disease (CHD). In this paper, The interrelationship of IL-6, CRP, NF-κB and MCP-1 and the effect of these factors in atherosclerosis were studied and intervening effects on these factors of the treatment of warming yang supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm were observed by utilizing the model detective techniques, such as elisa, optical microscope, electron microscope to detect the correlated control factors of inflammatory reaction mechanism of atherosclerosis. The research gives experimental supports for clarifying mechanism on preventing and treating CHD of the treatment of warming yang supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm . The result shows:1 .The treatment of warming yang supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm cures the hyperlipemia through decreasing TC, TG, LDL-C and increasing HDL-C to prevent the initiation and development of atherosclerosis.2.The treatment of warming yang supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm decreases significantly the lever of IL-6, CRP, represses the inflammatory reaction and protects blood vessel endothelium to have the effect on antiatherosclerosis.3 .The treatment of warming yang supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm represses the inflammatory reaction and prevent the initiation and development of atherosclerosis by suppressing the high expression of NF-κB, MCP-1 effectively .4.The treatment of warming yang supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm decreases TC, TG, LDL-C, restrains cytokineactivation to prevent and treat the inflammatory reaction of atherosclerosis.
