The Clinical Study Of Acupuncture In Treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Associated With Hyperlipemia

Objective : studying on clinical observation and the curative effect of acupuncture in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia. It is proved that the treatment of effectiveness and feasibility and to provide reliable evidence of acupuncture with in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia..Methods : 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia were randomly classified into two groups: treat group and control group. In both groups patients were basic medicine of type 2 diabetes mellitus .In control group, 30 patients were treated by xuezhikang , 0.6g was given two times every day. In treated group patients were treated by acupuncture . And then we observed the change of clinic symptoms and laboratory date after four weeks.Result: through the observe of the clinic, in clinic symptoms and laboratory date such as fasting blood glucose, high-density lipoprotein , low-density lipoprotein , triglyceride , total cholesterol , the patients in treated group were obvious improvement. Both in clinic symptoms and laboratory date, treated group patients were obvious better then the patients in control group.Conclusion: there were fine curative effect in both groups patients. But in treated group patients recipe better result in clinic symptoms and laboratory date the patients in control group, the different was significant and obviously. It make it clear that the curative effect of acupuncture in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with hyperlipemia is better. It is worth studying deeply developing further on clinic.
