| Nonspecific Ulceration Proctitis(NUP) is a kind of common nephrosis. Western medicine often uses hormone, immuno-suppressive reagent and symptomatic treatment. Those methods are effective, but the harmone, immunosuppressive reagent treatment have the obvious side effects after long-term application and the rate of recrudescence is high after reduction or stop of the medicine . Besides, there are some patients who don't react to them sensitively.A lot of clinical treatment manifested that traditional Chinese medicine science could alleviate the symptom of (NUP), reverse some pathologic courses, and flip some pathological course.Kui jie ling No.4 is my teather-Guo chunyan's work summary . general effective rate in treating group were 94%.Methods: in the study , 60 of NUP were treated , among which 30 cases were divided randomly on base of western medicine's ymptomatic treatment . The control group containing 30 cases , took 5-ASA and SP accoding to hormone standard course of treatment (1 months per course ) .Results: the relief rate and general effective rate in treating group were 33.3% and 93.3% respectively;Which were striking higher than in control group(26.7% and 86.7% respectively, P<0.05) Conclusion : Kui jie ling No.4 could reverse some pathologic courses, and flip some pathological course. |
