Clinical Observation Of Yichang Decoction Retention Enema In Treating Ulcerative Proctitis With Internal Damp-heat Type

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yichang Decoction retention enema on hot and humid intravenous ulcerative proctitis,and to study the changes in the overall efficacy,symptoms,anal examination,anal examination scores,and fecal occult blood changes before and after treatment.The response and long-term recurrence rate verified that the retention bowel of Yinchang Decoction had a significant clinical effect in the treatment of damp heat and internal ulcerative proctitis.Material and method:The subject of this study was from October 2015 to April 2017 in the Department of Anorectal Damp-heat Intrinsic Ulcerative Proctitis in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which was treated with Yichang decoction retention enema and observed before and after treatment.Efficacy,symptomatic and anal findings,and anal microscopic examinations,changes in stool occult blood,adverse reactions,and long-term recurrence rates.After the end of the treatment,SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data and observations were made to evaluate the treatment results.Results: 1.The total effective rate of the comprehensive curative effect of decoction-enriched enema for the treatment of damp heat and internal ulcerative proctitis is 98%.2.Enema decoction retention enema treatment can significantly improve symptoms of damp-heat internal ulcerative proctitis,anal sensation,and anal microscopic examination score,P=0.000<0.05.3.Preservation of enema by beneficial bowel decoction in the treatment of hot and humid intrinsic ulcerative proctitis significantly decreased the routine occult blood before treatment,Z=-4.925,P=0.000<0.05.4.The selected 50 patients did not show adverse reactions during the entire treatment.5.The long-term recurrence rate of this treatment was 10.20%.Conclusion: 1.The benefit of bowel decoction retention enema is significant for the treatment of damp heat and internal ulcerative proctitis.2.The benefit bowel decoction retention enema treatment can reduce symptoms and signs scores of patients with hot and humid endogenous ulcerative proctitis.3.Preservation of enema by beneficial bowel decoction can significantly reduce stool occult blood in patients with hot and humid endogenous ulcerative proctitis.4.The use of beneficial bowel decoction retention enema treatment of this disease is safe.5.The benefit of bowel decoction retention enema treatment is low in the long-term recurrence rate.
