| Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of BNP in the left ventricular remodeling and the predictive value of BNP in the survival after AMI.Method:(1)61 patients with first acute myocardial infarction admitted in from 2003 to 2006 were studied .and all of them were drawn blood to determine the concentration of BNP by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and ANP by radioimmunoassay,Just on 24-72 hours after their admission. LVEF,LVESVI,LVEDVI were measured by echocardiography using simpson method in the hospital. All of them were followed up every 3 months, two times, follow-up were performed in total. The first was to draw blood to determine the concentration of BNP,ANP on the 3 months after AMI onset. The second was to measure LVEF, LVESVI, LVEDVI by echocardiography on the 6 months after AMI onset. The linear correlation analysis was used to assess possible correlations among left ventricular remodeling and other parameters. And then the multivariate linear regression was used to find the independent influencing factors of LVRM after AMI. The receiver operator characteristic curve(ROC) was used to determine the best cut-off point of BNP for diagnosis of LVRM after AMI. (2)78 patients with first AMI admitted in our hospital from 2003 to 2006. all of them were drawn blood to determine the concentration of BNP by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, ANP by radioimmunoassay, just on 24-72 hours after admission. LVEF, LVESVI, LVEDVI were measured by echocardiography using simpson method in the hospital. All of the patients were followed up every 3 months by telephone or reading their out-patient clinic record. The cause and time of death in the fatal patients were detailed. The follow-up end-points was defined as cardiac death. The Kaplan-meier analysis was used to calculate accumulation survival and mortality; the... |
