Objective: To observe the change of thromboxane A2 (TXA2), prostacyclin (PGI2) and corticol in children with frequent relapse nephrotic syndrome (FRNS) by treatment of decoction Shenkangling with function of "benifiting the kidney and promoting blood circulation", Then to explain the pathogenesis of FRNS and the mechanism of Shenkangling, and meanwhile to provide objective bases for clinical treatment inchildren with FRNS.Methods:25 patients with FRNS were randomly divided into group A (Shenkangling+Westen medicine) with 15 cases and group B (Westen medicine) with 10 cases. 10 healthy subjects served as group C. Before the treatment and after 3-month's treatment, Cortisol, TXB2,6-keto-PGF1a of plasm and urine, urine protein of 24 hours, as well as serum total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), renalfunction (urea niteogen, creatinine ) total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride(TG) of all patients were tested. Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 11.0 system software.Results:1. The levels of Cortisol of group A and group B were significantly decreased than group C (P<0. 01) .The levels of TXB2 in plasm, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a in urine of group A and group B were significantly increased than group C (P< 0.01) .2.After treatment, the levels of Cortisol of group A and group B were significantly increased (P<0.01, P<0.05), but they have no. statistical significance.3. The levels of TXB2 in plasm of group A and group B were remarkably decreased (P<0.01, P<0. 05); compared with group B, in group A, the indexes decreased... |
