Treatment With Xiaozhong Huoxue Decoction Combined With Low Molecular Heparin Sodium For Preventing From Deep Veins Thrombosis Of Extremity After Artificial Hip Replacement

Objective: Deep Venous Thrombosis(DVT) is a complication after impairment oroperation of the hip.And it is also a common dead reason after impairment or operation ofhip.The purpose is to explore methods preventing from DVT of lower extremity after artificialhip replacement.Method: sixty patients were collected from orthopaedic department of the Zhang Zhoutraditional hospital were divided into two groups randomly:A group(30 cases) and B group(30cases).The patients of A group were treated with Xiaozhong Huoxue decoction combinedwith low molecular heparin sodium to decrease occurrence of DVT and patients in B group,with low molecular heparin sodium simply.To observe the changes of two groups patients inclinical symptom,sign and Color Doppler flow imaging and to compare the change ofhaemorheology,blood platelets count during treatment.At last to observe the difference ofincidence with DVT in each group.Result: First,both groups had difference in blood platelets count,4days afterdrugs(P＜0.01) and 7days after drugs(P＜0.05),resuls of A group were better than Bgroup.Second,both groups had difference incircuit length of the thigh aftertreatment(P＜0.05),The low leg had no difference(P＞0.05),to improve thigh swell in A groupmore than in B group; in A group,the calues of hemorheology indices detected after treatmentwas significant different from those at the 10nd day after operation,as well as those in B(P＜0.01)group.Two groups had significant change of hemorrheology after treatment,includinglow viscosity of whole blood,High viscosity of whole blood,Erythrocyte aggregationindex,blood apparent viscosity, resuls of A group were better than B group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01),however, Hematocrit and Fibrinogen had no statisical difference(P＞0.05).There wasno significant difference incidence of DVT in two groups by Color Doppler flow imaging.Agroup:10%,B group:16.66%(P＞0.05).Conclusion: Xiaozhong Huoxue decoction could accelerate blood circumfluence ofvein after artificial hip replacement and ameliorate the hypercoagulable and hyperviscousstate of blood.It could reduce incidence rate of DVT.
