| Blumea balsamifera DC., a member of Compositae family, mainly distributing in Guangxi,Yunnan,Guizhou ang Guangdong province in China. It can be used for curing cold and wet, stomachache bowel and fall to cure diseases, such as knife wound and high blood pressure etc. The Blumea balsamifera DC. is more and widely distributing in Guangxi province. And the resources is abundant, the development of making use foreground is very vast. This research focuses on the chemistry composition of the ethyl acetate extract to carry on a research of the Blumea balsamifera DC., which led us to do further research on Blumea balsamifera DC..The first chapter is a review of the research progress of the plant Blumea balsamifera DC., which mainly included its chemical constituents and pharmacology activities. The second and third part are about the chemical constituents of the Blumea balsamifera DC.. the fourth part is about the analysis of three componds in different section of Blumea balsanifera DC. by RP-HPLC.The extracts of chloroform part were subjected to column chromatograph on silica gel to give five parts Fr1, Fr2, Fr3, Fr4, Fr5. Then they were purified mainly by column chromatograph on silica gel, preparing TLC and HPLC, recrystallization, respectively. At last, twelve compounds were got,and their purity was checked by melting point, TLC and HPLC.The structures of 11 compounds were identified by 1HNMR, 13CNMR data and comparison with the references. Compound I was xanthoxylin; compound II was blumeatin; compound III was dihydroquercetin-7, 4′-dimethylether; compound IV was a new compound, named as 7- hydroxy-16(13→12)-abeo-8, 13-epoxylabd-11, 14-taxadiene-labdane; compound V was Luteolin; compound VI was Luteolin-7-methyl-ether; compound VII was Rhamnetin; compound VIII was 4′, 5-dihydroxy-7-methyletherflavanone; compound IX was 4′, 5-dihydroxy-3, 3′, 7- trimethoxyflavanone; compound X was eriodictyol; compound XI was Dihydroquercetin-4′- methylether. Compound IV was determined by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HMBC, HSQC and HREIMS data and chemical methods, it was identified as a new compound by searching of SciFinder Scholar.On the basis of 1HNMR, 13CNMR data and by comparison of them with the references, the structures of eleven compounds were identified . As a result, compounds I,IV,VIII,IX and X were isolated from the plant for the first time. |
