| Talent is the most valuable resource in any organization. Old saying:"Gain the talent, gain the world."Health talent circulation increases frequently along with the development of our country's market-oriented economy and health care system's reform. As a consequence, the problem of talent-loss in hospitals brings to the managers'attention.There are some special situations in 2-level hospitals in the health care system's reform. All 2-level hospitals should assume sole responsibility for its profits or losses whether their reform is"hold both ends and release the middle"or"hold the middle and release both ends". And consequently talent becomes more important to hospitals'development. To counter it, with plenty of documentary sources, proceeding from actual conditions, especially the actual situation of Banan People's Hospital of Chongqing ----- a representative 2-level hospital in Chongqing, the authors studied how to retain health talents.Beginning with the talent-loss reason, the authors summarized 11 measures to retain talents in light of some controllable factors about society, organization and individual. Besides, it has been emphasized that another reason of talent-loss is employee's unsatisfactory psychology. To implement talent-retaining measures specially, managers have to start with their employees'psychology.The article proved the importance of ideological work during the talent's hesitation about whether to resign in view of the research about the talent-hesitation's existence, psychology and behavior. In addition, the assessment of employees'loyalty and tactics of talent-recommendation are also proved. |
