Objective:Through the study of CK,CK-MB,LDH and the change of EKG of the sufferer who was affected by organic Phosphorus compounds.we can understand the level of the heart damage of the sufferer who was affected by organic phosphorus compounds.Through clinical comparision,we try to understand the theory of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride and try to know if it can reduce the damage level of the heart.Methods:84 Suffeners who were affected by organic Phosphorus Compounds were chosen as examples.They all drank organic Phosphorus poison of which 43 sufferers were affected by DDV.8 cases were affecfed by JBL.22 cases were affected by LG..8cases by DLL.3cases were affecfed by JAL We chose 52cases of them and gave them medical treatment using Penehyclidine Hydrochloride and PAM-CL.the other 32 sufferers using Atropine and PAM-CL as its comparision.We chose limited medicine plan and then gave close watch.According to GB7794-87 standard and the National Health Committe's anti-poison theory,there was no obvious difference between the comparision group and the experiment group.All sufferers were given tests of CK,CKMB and LDH after they went to hospital.They also got examination of EKG and blood etc.Finally we came to comparision.Results:1,Penehyclidine Hydrochloride whose peak data was obvious lower than that of Atropine group.among which CK-MB was especially obvious(P<0.001). Before treatment 2 cases(3.8%) were sinus tachycardia.8cases(15.4%)were sinus bradycardia.Change of T 18(34.6%).ST period 24(46.2%) atrial premature beats premature ventricular beats 19(36.5%).comparision group:sinus tachycardia.1(3.1%). sinus bradycardia.6(18.8%) change of T 12(37.5%).ST period 18(56.3%) atrial premature beats premature ventricular beats 14(43.8%).All but 1 case in Penehyclidine Hydrochloride groupand 1 case in Atropine group were all right.2,Comparison of the two groups in different levels sufferert from Penehyclidine Hydrochloride group have faster speed in disappeare of the state M(P<0.01).No obvious difference in middle(P>0.05) The time used in experiment group disappeared faster than comparision group(P<0.01 ).3,Camparison of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride in recover of CHE:Sufferers of low middle and heavy class have obvious differences(P<0.01) mean while the comparision group have obvious difference only in low and heavy class sufferers(P<0.01).Conclusions:1,For sufferers who were affected by organic phosphorus compounds, experiment group has lower peak mark than comparison group especially obvious in CK-MB.That sufferers from comparision group have heavier damage in heart change of the heart graphic shows much heavier in heart but much better when healed.2,①The Penehyclidine Hydrochloride group has smaller dose than theAtropine group and the medical clerks have less work.②Obvious choice of M-R,lower rate of poison.③Faster recover of CHE,less time in hospital,reduce the burden of the sufferers worthy of application.
