ASAâ… -â…¡grade, they were divided into three groups randomly(n=20). Group A:the atropine group, group B:Saline group, group C:Penehyclidine hydrochloride group. After entered burglary, they were monitored routinely in terms of SBP. DBP, MDP, HR, SpO2,and also they were injected into muscle with 0.5 mg of atropine or Penehyclidine hydrochloride, or 1 ml saline respectively. Patients who were injected with atropine into muscle as group A, and saline as group B, Penehyclidine hydrochloride as group C. All patients were quickly induced anesthesia, intraoperative mechanical ventilation, maintenance of total intravenous anesthesia. When were in patients'room (T0), open incision surgery(T1), end operation(T2),24 hours after operation (T3),48 hours after operation(T4), ml blood samples were extracted, separated plasma and serum. Determined gastrin and motilin content. then, make a comparasion of the differences of contents of gastrin and motilin comparison among the three groups in point group, and the comparasion of case of Nausea, vomiting and other gastrointestinal complications after the operation of the three groups.Results:1. Change of content of plasma MTL of patients in three groups: (1), Comparison among the three groups,Before drug application preoperative(To), there was no significance in Content of plasma MTL of patients in the groups of Atropine, Saline group, Penehyclidine hydrochloride group,there is no statistical significance(P> 0.05).At T2, Saline group is slightly higher in the contents of MTL, there is no statistical significance(P> 0.05).At T3,T4, compared with Atropine group and Saline group, Penehyclidine hydrochloride group has a significant difference and statistical significance(P< 0.05).(2), Comparison group, compared with T0,T1,T2,T4,T3has a significant difference and statistical significance(P< 0.05) in the Atropine group. compared with T0,T1,T4,T2,T3 has a significant difference and statistical significance(P < 0.05) in the Saline groupï¼›T0,T1,T2,T3,T4 has no significant difference and statistical significance(P>0.05) in the Penehyclidine hydrochloride group.2. Change of content of serum GAS of patients in three groups:(1), Comparison among the three groups,Before drug application preoperative(T0), there was no significance in Content of serum GAS of patients in the groups of Atropine, Saline group, Penehyclidine hydrochloride group,there is no statistical significance(P> 0.05).At T2, Saline group is slightly higher in the contents of GAS, there is no statistical significance(P> 0.05).At T3,T4, compared with Atropine group and Saline group, Penehyclidine hydrochloride group has a significant difference and statistical significance(P< 0.05).(2), Comparison group, compared with T0,T1,T2,T4,T3 has a significant difference and statistical significance(P< 0.05) in the Atropine group. compared with T0,T1,T4,T2,T3 has a significant difference and statistical significance(P< 0.05) in the Saline group; T0,T1,T2,T3,T4 has no significant difference and statistical significance(P>0.05) in the Penehyclidine hydrochloride group.Conclusions:Penehyclidine hydrochloride and atropine, two kinds of anti-cholinergic drugs, allows laparoscopic hysterectomy perioperative motilin and gastrin release to be decreased, And penehyclidine hydrochloride can maintain this role to the end of surgery 24 hours...
