The Protection Of Propofol To Metabolism Of Kidney In Hemorrhagic Shock New Zealan Rabbits

Objective:observe the change of kidney's function and lipoxidase,ATPase in the kidney and serum of New Zealan Rabbits after hemorrhagic shock;observe the propofol pre-treatment effects to thus observed target;Discuss the protection of propofol to hemorrhagic shock's nephridium and the mechanism.Methods:A model of hemorrhagic shock New Zealan Rabbit was established by imitation.32 healthy New Zealan Rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups as following(n=8):the control group(CTG),shock group(Ⅰgroup),perfusion group(Ⅱgroup) and propofol pre-treatment group(Ⅲgroup). Examine the concentration of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr) and activated of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH);ATPase and succinate dehydrogqenase(SDH) in the kidney was measured,and the change of MPO,lactic acid(LD),malondialchehyche,(MDA)'s concentration in the kidney and serum was also measured.Results:The MPO's activated In the hemorrhagic shock's kidney and serum was increased significantly inⅠandⅡgroup compared with CTG(P＜0.05～0.01).The MDA's concentration In the hemorrhagic shock's kidney and serum was increased inⅠandⅡgroup compared with CTG andⅢgroup(P＜0.01);Ⅱgroup was decreased compared with CTG,ⅠandⅢgroup(P＜0.05～0.01).SDH and ATPase in the kidney were decreased significantly inⅠandⅡgroup compared with CTG(P＜0.05～0.01),compared withⅠgroup it increased significantly inⅢgroup(P＜0.05～0.01).The concentration of BUN and Cr in serum was increased significantly inⅠandⅡgroup compared with CTG andⅢgroup(p＜0.01).The change of LDH serum was the same of with BUN and Cr.Conclusion:hemorrhagic shock can bring on a significant disfunction of metabolism.From the change of observed target after propofol pre-treatment we can conclude that propofol can take some act of protection metabolism of kidney by anti-lipoxidized,stabilized membrane of cell and elevated the activated of oxidase.
