The Clinical Study Of Fufang Danshenyin Treats Unstable Angina With Insulin Resistance Due To Blockage Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis

[Objects]Observing the clinical effect that Fufang Danshenyin treats unstable angina with IR due to blockage of phlegm and blood stasis.[Method] 60 sufferers were divided into treatment group and control group at random. On the basis of conventional medical care, the patients in the treatment group were treated with Fufang Danshenyin 150ml every time and twice a day, while the control group were treated with Tongxinluo capsule 3 tablets tidpo. The two groups'treatment course was 4 weeks. At the same time ,the change of ECG and the state of physical symptom were observed, the curative effect on FPG,Fins,ISI were also observed.[Results]The curative effect in the clinical research of the treatment group was obviously: its total effective rate amounted to 93.33%, which was superior to the control group .The improvement of ECG in the treatment group is as much as the control group (p>0.05 ). The symptom and the physical symptom of the treatment group had improved more obviously than that of the control group , and the difference was significant(p<0.05).The Fins,ISI of the treatment group had degraded more obviously than that of the control group, and the difference was evident(p<0.05).[Conclusions]1.Fufang Danshenyin could improve the physical symptoms of the patients on UA with IR.These evidences show Fufang Danshenyin could improve the blood supply of the heart which was superior to the control group.2.Fufang Danshenyin could decrease the Fins,ISI of the patients on UA with IR ,which revealed the mechanism of action against IR, which was superior to the control group.
