| Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of strengthening BEN and liver, eliminating toxicant and activating blood circulation principles for the Tangxintong effect of the Diabeteic Cardiopathy and to study its mechanism.Method: According to the theory of TCM and tutor's clinical experience we thought the features of Diabeteic Cardiopathy is "deficiency of both spleen and kidney, Yin deficiency of liver,the block of heart by the combination of toxicant and blood ".And the therapy principle is"strengthen Ben and tune liver, detoxification and activating blood circulation " . on the basis of above, we organize Tangxintong Compatible sugar mixture. And then we take a series of Experimental Researches:1. STZ-diabetic and high-fat diet rat model were established. Observe the Tangxintong's effect to the rat model on blood glucose,Blood Lipid,TXB2,6-Keto-PGFla,PAI-1, and the express of NF-κb on rats'cardiac muscle. Meanwhile, observe the pathological change of the heart under the optic microscope.2. Ligating the rats'coronary artery to make Chronic myocardial ischemia model. Observe the Tangxintong's effect to the model rats on SOD,MDA,Ang-Ⅱand heart ventricle reconstruction. Results: The experimental results show that Tangxintong can significantly improve the rats'blood glucose,Blood lipid . And it can reduce the level of TXB2,PAI-1,and enhance the 6-Keto-PGFla level. At the same time ,it can restrain the express of NF-Κb on rats'cardiac muscle. In addition, it can reduce MDA , enhance SOD level improve the pathological change of the heart. In addition, Tangxintong can restrain the increase of AngⅡand reverse heart ventricle hypertrophy. Conclusion:The Tangxintong Compatible sugar mixture based on the thrapy princle that " strengthen Ben and tune liver, detoxification and activating blood can circulation " can effectively prevent and treat Diabetic Cardiopathy. Its mechanism is worthy of further study.
