Study On Method Of Consolidating Base And Appeasing Liver, Activating Blood Circulation And Eliminating Toxicant In Prevanting And Treating The Diabetic Cardiopathy

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of consolidating base and appeasing liver,activating blood circulation and eliminating toxicant principles for the Tangxintong in treating the Diabeteic Cardiopathy.Method:According to the theory of TCM and tutor's clinical experience we thought the features of Diabeteic Cardiopathy is "deficiency of both spleen and kidney,Yin deficiency of liver,the block of heart by the combination of toxicant and blood".And the therapy principle is"consolidating base and appeasing liver, activating blood circulation and detoxification".Considering the basis of above,we organize Tangxintong.And then we take the Clinical Research.Clinical research:78 cases of Diabetic Cardiopathy were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group with 40 cases was given Tangxintong and the control group wih 38 cases was given Tangmaikang.After 2 months,the experiment index(symptoms,level of blood C-reactive protein,TNF-a,2 hours postprandial and fasting insulin,fasting and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,HbA1c,Blood Lipid,BloodRheology and the functional experiment of cardiovascular)were compared to those in begining.Results:The clinical study showed that:①Tangxintong Mixture can improve the clinical heart symptoms obviously,and the effection is better than the control group(P＜0.05)②it can improve the circulation of the cardiac muscle,better than the control group(P＜0.05)③it can advance the function of the heart,better than the control group(P＜0.05)④it can improve the function of cardiovascular autonomic nerve,better than the control group(P＜0.05)⑤it can effectively reduce the level of TNF-a and CRP much better than the control group (P＜0.05)⑥it can reduce the level of FBG,2hPG,HbA1c,insulin,lessen insulin resistance,better than the control group(P＜0.05)⑦it descends Blood Lipid better than the control group(P＜0.05)⑧There is significant difference between the test group and the control group.(P＜0.01) Conclusion:Tangxintong Mixture had good therapeutic efficacy in DC,①it can effectively improve the clinical cardiac symptoms,②it can improve the circulation of the cardiac muscle,③it can advance the function of the heart,④it can improve the function of cardiovascular autonomic nerve,⑤it can effectively reduce the level of TNF-a and CRP,⑥it can reduce the level of FBG,2hPG,HbA1c,insulin,lessen insulin resistance,⑦it can descend Blood Lipid,⑧There is significant difference between the test group and the control group.(P＜0.01)The method of consolidating base and softing liver,detoxification and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis can prevent and cure Diabetic cardiopathy.So it is worthy of further research.
