Clinical Study On YiShenJiangYa Granule's Influence To The Quality Of Life With Senile Hypertension And Protective Effect On Vascular Endothelium Cell

Objective: To observe the curative effect and primary mechanism of deficiency of kidney of EH of the elderly, and to evaluate the effect on Quality of Life and the influence of blood pressure and the protection of vascular endothelium cell. Methods:In the clinical study, 60 elderly patients of hypertension were divided into tentative group (30cases) and control group (30cases) at random. The tentative group was treated only by YiShenJiangYa Granule, while the control group was treated only by Captopril. Four weeks was a course of treatment. The changes of blood pressure and clinical syndroma were observed before and after treatment. Results: The clinical research showed that YiShenJiangYa Granule not only evidently control blood-pressure and improve clinical symptoms, but also protect vascular endothelium cell and evaluate the effect on Quality of Life. Conclusion: Strengthening kidney is an important therapeutic rule in treating senile hypertension. YiShenJiangYa Granule is an effective medicament of treating deficiency of kidney of the elderly in essential hypertension.
