The results showed that the middle dose group and high dose group could enhance immunological function of mouse and the latter was more obviously; all of the groups could enhance the macrophage cellulotoxic percentage and the level of NO and TNF-αsecreted by macrophage and splenic cell; The actived earthworm peptides could significantly increase the level of IL-2 that was detected by mouse splenic cell activated with conavaline A, Compared with control, the high dose group was more obviously.The mice's immune organ's weight,serum hemolysin,the hematology index,serum lysozyme activity,Catalase activity,Glutathione peroxidase activity,the content of serum'Interferon-γand Interleukin-4 were determined in this expriment. The results showed that The actived earthworm peptides could significantly increase the normal and immune-suppressed mice' immune organ index,enhance the level of serum hemolysin, heighten the serum lysozyme activity,had some influence on advance transformation and multiplication of lymphocytes,promote delayed hypersensitivity,enhance immune cells' quantity and propotion increase the produce of serum' Interferon-γand Interleukin-4.Under normal and immune-suppressed status , the actived earthworm peptides could through promote the growth of immune organ,enhance humoral immunity,enhance boost up cellular immunologic function and promote cytokine' produce to exert the immunologic enhancement.
