Objective:By contrasting the hemorheology of patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower limbs and healthy people,to investigate the relationship between hemorheology and arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower limbsMethods:The case group is that patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower limbs who received care in shanxi medical university 1st hospital, all patients were divided into two group by different degree:light ischemia group and heavy ischemia group. The control group is that healthy people who received health examination.A retrospective case-control study was applied to contrast the case group and the control group as well as light ischemia group and heavy ischemia group of the same sex by the independent samples T-test.Result:(1) plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, reduced viscosity in low shear rate,ESR, ESR with K value, erythrocyte aggregation index and Fib in the case group have significant difference, comparing with the control group, wheal packed-cell volume and reduced viscosity in high shear rate have no significant difference.(2) plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity in midst and low shear rate, reduced viscosity in low shear rate,ESR,ESR with K value, erythrocyte aggregation index and Fib in the heavy ischemia group have difference, comparing with the light ischemia group, wheal whole blood viscosity in high shear rate,packed-cell volume and reduced viscosity in high shear rate have no significant difference. Conclusions:Hypercoagulability and hyperviscosity exist in patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower limbs, their plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, reduced viscosity in low shear rate,ESR,ESR with K value, erythrocyte aggregation index and Fib step up,wheal packed-cell volume, reduced viscosity in high shear rate do not change obviously. There is direct correlation between the tendency of this change and the advancement of this disease.
