| Objective:Both colorectal cancer patients and normal were tested with the C-type behavior scale,Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Life Events Scale (LES),so as to analyze the effect of C-type behavior characteristics and other psychological factors on colorectal cancer patients. And by measuring NK cells, CD3, CD4, CD8T cells and CD4/CD8 ratio on colorectal cancer patients and normal to analyze the relationships between C-type behavior and immune function. Further to reveal the possible mechanisms that C-type behavior characteristics induced colorectal cancer. Methods:Use a case-control research methods. Select demographic information and tumor biology in patients with similar information for the cases of 150 from Shanxi Tumor Hospital anorectal branches of existing hospitalization.Control group is from Shanxi Medical University First Hospital experience for the 60 cases of normal healthy in the same time. Both groups were measured by C-type Behavior Scale, SDS and LES, and using flow cytometry to test the NK cells, CD3 T cells, CD4 T cells, CD8 T cells and CD4/CD8 ratio. Results:The balance test on sex ratio, age, educational level and economic situation between cases group and controls group showed that no difference between the two groups(P>0.05). C-type behavior scale showed that anxiety, depression, anger(inward), rational and control scores in patient group was higher than that in the control group, anger (outward) and social support scores in patient group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference is significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01). LES showed that Positive life events scores no difference between patient group and control group(P>0.05),negative life events scores in patient group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). The results of flow cytometry showed that nk cells in patien group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01). Colorectal cancer in patients with CD3 T cells, CD4 T cells and CD4/CD8 ratio was lower than the control group, difference was significant(P<0.05). CD8 in patient group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). Those results showed that the colorectal cancer with cellular immune function was inhibited. Using principal component logistic regression analysis to explore the relationship between the colorectal cancer and type C behavior, life events, emotional state. The results showed that, C-type behavior in anxiety, depression, anger, anger (inward), rational, control, too much experience of negative life events have contacted with the occurrence of colorectal cancer. We can see that the occurrence of colorectal cancer is higher with these factors. Canonical correlation analysis results showed that patients with colorectal cancer showed more type C behavior characteristics. With type C behavior of colorectal cancer patients showed that in vivo CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 ratio and NK cells was changed. It is showed that there is a relationship between colorectal cancer with type C behavior characteristics and CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 ratio and NK cells decrease. Conclusion: Colorectal cancer patients have depression emotion and experience more negative life events. Colorectal cancer patients with Type C behavioral characteristics, mainly manifested as anxiety, depression, anger (inward),rational and contiol. Colorectal cancer patients with lower indicators of cellular immunity, immune function was inhibited. Colorectal cancer patients with depression emotion, negative life events and the type C behavior characteristics are associated with the cellular immune function. Anxiety, depression, anger(inward) ,rational behavior characteristics and experienced negative life events in patients with colorectal cancer shows that the immune function decreased. It is shows that the incidence of colorectal cancer are closely related with depression emotion, experienced more negative life events, type C behavioral characteristics and immune function decreased. |
