| Objective:This study was designed to observe the immunological function effects of lentinan combined chemotherapy on treating advanced stage of gastroenteric tumor patient and evaluate its safety, to explore the relationship between Chinese traditional medicine strengthening body resistance and immunological regulation.Methods:62 patients corresponded with standard were simply randomized into two groups,there were 32 patients in the treat group and 30 patients in the control group.The two groups have comparability.Both of the two groups were treated with oxaliplatin chemotherapy, and received Granisetron Hydrochloride Injection before the beginning of chemotherapy.In addition,patients in the treatment group were give lentinan from the day before chemotherapy to the end of this course of the treats.Continous observation of two courses of chemotherapy,observe the immune function of treatment and control groups to determine the therapeutic effects of clinical medication,observe chang of the physical strength,body weight,blood rule,liver function, renal function,ECG,reaction of alimentary canal and neurotoxicity of two groups of patients to elevate safety of clinical medication.results:1 After two courses of of chemotherapy,the completion rate of the treatment group was 100%(32/32),higher than the control group 96.7%(29/30),but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).2 The activity of natural killer cell,T3,T4/T8 of the treatment group in post- chemotherapy has elevated than prior chemotherapy, but the control group has descended.The differrence of the two groups has statistically significant(P＜0.05).But the differ-rence of the two groups of T4,T8 has not statistically significant (P＞0.05).the difference of the two groups of sIL2R,IL6,IL12 has statistically significant(P＜0.05).3 There was no significant difference between the two groups on the recent efficacy of the chemotherapy(P＞0.05)4 For the better curative effect patients,the change of horiz -ontal of sIL2R,IL6 was significance different than the worse curative effect patients(P＜0.05).5 After chemotherapy,the physical condition of patients in the treatment group is better than the controls(P＜0.05).6 The incidence rate ofⅢhypoleucocytosis in the treatment group, obviously below than control group(P＜0.05).The change of liver function,renal function,ECG of the two groups have not significant difference by statistical treatment. Conclusion:Lentinan combined chemotherapy can elevate immunologic function and improve general Condition of patients,lessen chemotherapeutics sideeffect.sIL2R,IL6,IL12 of the three cell factors conduct and action as index of monitoring immunologic function and curative effect judgement of oncotherapy.
