The Research On Correlation Of DAO's Syndrome Differentiation Of TCM With ET And CGRP Index

Objective:To explore the correlation of DAO's syndrome differentiation of TCM with ET and CGRP index,preliminarily summarize and judge standard of the different TCM syndrome type,and provide the objective evidence for DAO's clinical differential classification and treatment.Methods: Selecting 60 cases of this disease as study object(30 cases in blood stasis type group and 30 cases in damp-heat type group),and taking the healthy voluntary persons as the normal control group. We choose the 12 clinical index of the disease and apply statistics which include ndothelin,calcitonin gene-related peptide etc. to explore the relativity between familiar syndrome differention of TCM (including blood stasis type and damp-heat type )and clinical index. The clinical index include ET-1,CGRP, FBG,TC,TG,LDL,HDL,PLT,Fib,IMT of FA,Stenosis of FA,ABI.Results: Compared with the indexes of the healthy were differences to various degree in that of blood stasis type and damp-heat type DAO patients.Using Logistic regression egression analysis in each index of correlation text to establish the best regression equation, we sieve the results which contributes most to the diagnose to the DAO:FBG,ET-1,PLT,CGRP and Fib.Conclusion: FBG,ET-1,PLT,CGRP and Fib contributes most to the diagnose of the DAO, which can be taken as objective indexes reference of evaluating DAO's TCM syndrome differentiation.
