Objective:To explore the relation between familiar syndrome differention of TCM and clinical index in patients with diabetic arterial occlusion of extremities. In order to optimize index by statistics and offer dialectic gist. Methods:We retrospect the 11 clinical index of the disease and apply statistics which include T Test , Logistic regression and Discriminant to explore the relativity between familiar syndrome differention of TCM and clinical index. The familiar syndrome differention of TCM was devided into 2 type that one was attributed to the syndrome of blood stasis and the other was attributed to pathogenic dampness-heat attacking the lower limb. The clinical index include FBG,ET-1,TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α,NO,TC,TG,LPα,HDL,LDL,Fg. Results:We Screen out 3 item optimized indexes that are closely associated with the familiar syndrome differention of TCM ,viz. ET-1,TXB2 and Fg,and set Discriminant Function which exact rate is above 80% to differentiate type. Conclusions: ET-1,TXB2 and Fg can make an statistical and clinical significance to differentiate the disease familiar type of TCM viz. blood stasis and pathogenic dampness-heat attacking the lower limb. Furthermore it can classified more reasonably and correctly.
