Objectiv:Through exploreing the difference of hsCRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 bentween 30 healthy people and 80 patients with Diabetic Arterial Occlusion of Lower Extremities , among whom 50 were attributed to the syndrome of pathogenic dampness-heat(A),and 30 were attributed to the syndrome of blood stasis(B) to analyse relevance of inflammatory cells and differentiation of symptoms and signs of TCM.Method:The author has measured level of hsCRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in 30 healthy people and 80 patients with DAO,among them 50 patients were allocated to pathogenic dampness-heat attacking the lower limb (A) and the others to the syndrome of blood stasis (B).At the same time, she has measured level of endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) and carry on statistical analysis separately.Result:The levels of hsCRP,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10,ET and NO in group A and B were higher than that in group C. The levels of hsCRP,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 and ET in group A were higher than that in group B.But the levels of NO in the group A and group B haven't obvious difference. Conclusion:patients with DAO exist excessive activation of inflammatory cells, who has close releationship with TCM Syndrome Types. So inflammatory cells can provide objective basis for our differentiation.
